Are Raw Foods Truly Nutritious???

I have heard many people say that the major benefit of Raw Foods is their nutritional content and/or HIGH VIBRATION. While those can be
beneficial things, in my opinion, nothing compares to the NUMBER ONE benefit of eating a Raw Food Diet. The reason why people have the
potential to heal from disease or lose weight by eating raw has practically NOTHING to do with the nutritional content or “high vibration”
of Raw Foods. The reason why people heal and lose excess weight on a Raw Food Diet is simply because they are eliminating ALL the other
foods that cause damage to the body.
When you eat a Raw Food or Whole Foods Diet, you are eliminating things like refined sugars, transfatty acids, gluten and a SLEW of other
toxic ingredients that causes disease in the body and excess weight. It is truly more important what you don’t eat than what you actually eat.
Many people hear of individuals who have lost weight and/or healed from disease when eating raw foods. Therefore, people new to this idea may decide to eat
raw foods as much as they deem possible, while still going to McDonalds in their spare time. It’s more important to stop eating the foods that
damage the body, rather than just adding in some Raw Foods. A person could literally not eat any raw food and live on steamed vegetables and
quinoa, and potentially lose that excess weight and heal.
Why are Raw Foods considered the HIGHEST vibration foods on the planet? They have less density to them compared to other foods and they
obstruct the body less. The reason why they are considered so high in vibration is because of the density that they DON’T have compared to
other foods. For example, ALL Raw Foods could be considered LESS “dense” than cheese pizza. Furthermore, a raw avocado is
less dense then raw nuts. Fresh figs are less dense than an avocado. A Watermelon is less dense than a fresh fig. Water is less dense than a watermelon.
Air is less dense than water. The highest vibration food that you can POSSIBLY eat is… NOTHING!… Because of the DENSITY that it DOESN’T have!!!
I am not suggesting to become a Breatharian, or even a Raw Food Eater for that matter. I just want to share the idea that the concept of Raw Foods being
like some
ALMIGHTY
