Re: Blind religion vs. obvious Truth.

Yes, I agree with you Vektek, to understand this concept is completely liberating. I think I have been holding on very strongly to this concept that as a human I have free will and I can either choose to follow God or not. But now, I am realizing that even this is an illusion. If we use our free will as a human, that keeps us separate from God and in bondage with Satan. If we surrender our free will to God and admit that as humans we are not free but only in bondage, that is the natural state of man, only then do we become liberated in God. It is very difficult to let go of the idea that as a human I am free and can make my own choices. But I know that it is correct that I have to let go of this, I can feel it so strongly in my heart and I can feel myself completely surrendering to God more than I ever could have when I thought that I was the one choosing God.

I really believe that God was working through you to help me to understand this concept and I am very grateful for this. As far as God being in control of everything, I more or less agree with what you were saying, and I don't really think it is as important to understand as the more important things that we have discussed at length. Like, you said our minds cannot comprehend the ultimate nature of God and how everything in the whole universe with good and evil operates and I don't think we have to understand all of this.
