I doubt you can do ce's while on the road. Sometimes we have to postpone the "ideal" and get back to it asap. I addressed the amount of coffee in an answer to your a few days ago...reread that. I use filtered H2O from my RO sink filter, but use spring H2O otherwise.

Perhaps you can explain what a neurogenic colon means...I don't know, and maybe that makes it harder to release the enema?? Is the nerve damage permanent? Tweet
