Yep, once I build up my ability to digest, I'll add in eggs and maybe sardines and white fish... The mercury and toxins worry me bc i have mercury issues and methylation errors
My biggest dilemma is figuring out who to use... Arl or tei? I've heard pros and cons of both and that the supps used aren't great quality due to fillers and such.
Some reacted badly to arl bc it focuses on heavy detox that they weren't ready for. Some didn't like tei bc they didn't notice much progress. So, Idk what to do. Tei seems like a more comprehensive test but i could be wrong
