Re: New here and need advice
I do enemas daily. Again, look at the free program on the site regarding diet. I am not perfect about the diet but do my best. I do eat a little grain, usually gluten free bread or oatmeal.
ARL was all I knew about 4 years ago, and I have no regrets in going with them. I started out just testing directly through the lab which anyone can do. It costs $80, and Doug Eck is a consultant who will go over test results with you, answer ?'s. He is incredibly patient and great about explaining things. At some point I needed more help than he could give, especially in the area of detox. Things were being stirred up but not coming out too well. Slow oxidizers don't sweat much, my bowels were very sluggish, etc. I found Dr. McHaney, and he made a huge difference for me. He slightly tweaked the computer-generated supplement recommendation list that ARL sends out, and that helped. But he talked me into doing CE's, and those really helped. Obviously, my liver was very congested from copper, parasites, etc.
Again, to quote Onwards, interview some practitioners. Also, read on the 2 sites I've given you and learn all you can. NB is not mineral replacement...it's balancing, and there is a world of difference.
