New here and need advice

Hi

I'm struggling with several health issues and was hoping that NB might be able to address them and help me heal. I've tried numerous things thru the years and nothing has really helped. Here are some issues I'm struggling with:

-gi issues: neurogenic bowel (nerve damage in the gi tract that causes chronic constipation and Gastroparesis)
-ulcerative colitis
-chronic infections like klebsiella pneumoniae, mycoplasma pneumoniae, hhv6, rickettsia, lyme and Co, he pylori, demodex....
-autoimmune issues like uc, fms, cfs, adrenal fatigue, hashimoto/hypothyroidism, hypoglycemia
-malabsorption, gerd
- food intolerances and histamine reactions
-nutritional imbalances
-restrictive diet
-mthfr and other snps... Major methylation errors
-genetic defects to biotoxins and mold (shoemaker labs)
-heavy metals
-insomnia, anxiety, depression
-mitochondrial issues
-hormonal issues and pcos, amenorrhea, hpa issues

And others....

I'm sensitive to most things.... I've been living in mold toxic environments for many years and have the 2 most dreaded shoemaker hla genes where my body doesnt illicit and immune response against molds and such. Add in mthfr and other snps, and no wonder I'm so toxic

The biggest issue is my gut and the nerve damage in my colon and gi tract. I have to rely on a crutch to go to the bathroom, whether that be pounds of dates or daily coffee enemas. I used to be fruitarian, which didn't help my high yeast count. I've been off that for a month, but my gi tract is back to being frozen. I went to a detox center that put me on coffee enemas. They help, but now I'm dependent on them (i feel great afterwards tho... Less brain fog, more energy, less bloat, etc). However,, i long to just go normally

Anyways, i currently eat a vegetarian diet and cannot digest protein well at all. Fats are difficult too and starches as well. . I'm grain free, except for rice protein powder and a rice cake. I try to juice, eat salads, steam veg, avocado, nut butters, and noodles made from mung Beans, spirulina. This is much more variety than when I was fruitarian(i could only digest dates due to ffructose malabsorption). I sometimes do some berries too

Anyways, i did many tests like stool, 23andme genetic test, nutraeval, organic acids, etc and all show many imbalances and infections. I've recently undergone a 3day water fast, which was harsh, and also several rounds of rife and saunas. Now, i feel it's time to rebuild and work on healing the gut and balancing my body

NB sounds like a great way to go... Would it be able to address these lingering issues and solve my gi issues and chronic constipation/nerve damage? Would it also address the mold and methylation?

If so, who ought i see? Any practitioners that are skilled in my complex health concerns and conditions? Also, what's the diff between arl and tei and which would be best for me? I really want to explore this and would love advice as to what to do, whom to see, and what I might benefit from. Also, approx how expensive is this approach?

Thanks so much for reading this
