My diet seems very nutrient dense. I don't believe u need animal pro, but would love to do eggs and maybe sardines (but worry abt the toxins in fish)

Have u had experience with Morley or malter or Wilson? They seem top knotch

How do i address the parasites? I did several rounds of rife recently
