I have heard different things about the ER4YT diet. Some people say its been miraculous for them, others have said its complete hogwash.
Personally I am through "following" specific diet plans..I eat what my body wants to accept (which isn't much these days!) and I listen to what it is asking me for.
Ironically the diet that is healing me is actually very similar to the B type diet plan (I'm B+). I really didn't start eating this way on purpose, it just happened that way. Nevertheless I cannot ignore the coincidence, as I don't believe there is such a thing! So perhaps there is more to be said for the ER4YT plan.
Regardless of all, I am sticking to my anti-diet diet :)
