you're right. But my brain fog is so overwhelming I may not even notice the change, plus, I keep getting worse every day as a constant independently from anything I do, so I'll never be really sure what stopping or continuing with grains actually does change. But I have to try. If it *could* reduce the brain fog, because in deed a ton of ppl have complained about grains, in many different fields, incl. candida/gut problems/intestinal infections etc...which I'm sure I have.
I'll definitely try the potatoes soon, but I"m just waiting a bit to feel the effects hopefully of stopping the grains.
