Listen, as I've said before I'm getting noticeably worse daily, and I was wondering if maybe grains could be causing some of the brain fog. MAYBE, I mean tons of ppl complain about grains and brain fog specifically.
These days, I have amaranth with berries in the morning.
For lunch and dinner, veggies+protein+quinoa.
So that's amaranth x1 and quinoa x2.
But I've lost weight already. And I don't know what the hell to replace the grains with, and I sure ain't going back to only veggies+protein like before.
Anybody got this dilemma ? Any answers...?
