Re: Paxil and Klonopin
Gosh after 25 years of taking Klonopin and told I only have anxiety, I was recently very relieved to learn that I have severe adrenal fatigue and hypothyroidism. My panic and anxiety all started when I got my first
root canal and already had tons of mercury fillings (yes, they are 50% mercury). Over the last two years I had my mercury all removed but unfortunately it was not removed by a holistic removal protocol so I am currently toxified by mercury and other heavy metals. I also removed both
root canals but am left with the adrenal and thyroid issues which I am hoping will start resolving on their own and which I am also trying to decide what to take for.
Having said all that, I would not take Klonopin if I had the chance again. I still use it daily for sleep but am trying to wean off of it now since it is so toxic and probably also contributed to alot of my current problems.
If you have low cortisol as I do, you may have adrenal fatigue and possibly hypothyroidism since they seem to go hand in hand. I don't think anyone naturally can just have panic or anxiety disorders and that is my current beef with my therapist.
MDs think very differently than NDs and holistic doctors. Dr. Lam is an adrenal specialist and you might check out his website.
Sorry about this long retort! Anyway, you might want to review your dental situation in terms of heavy metals and
root canals since there seems to be a connection. Good luck and trust your gut!
