I agree with Trick totally on the lexapro being clean (that's the brand name of escitalopram. It's a much upgraded version of citalopram/celexa)
Trick: Most likely your "anxiety" is due to low blood volume, which causes your heart to try extremely hard to pump blood to your body causing palpitations etc.
Do you have hard core proof of that? That'd be very interesting for people with anemia, I presume. And that's something I want to know a lot more about.
