In the link I posted above dr.smith use a combination of both with his cfs patient but since there is some interaction between the 2 the dosage is really important.

As far as tmg is concerned I know that on the simplified methylation approach for treating cfs they do not recommend it because it might be stimulating one methylation patway at the expense of another one. The SAM-E patway ( TMG works by increasing SAM-E). And they prefer doing methylation with b-12, folate, phos serine etc...

I dont really know what the deal with that is but it is worth checking into. I would also like to know of others who have used TMG think. I have used 500 mg for a little while and did not notice anything but maybe it was not a big enough dosage. I dont think it hurts to try it.

By the way trick you think SJW would have a similar effect on the immune system has an antidepressant ?
