Re: Paxil and Klonopin

I am on klonopin 0,5 mg and I have been on klonopin 2-3 mg in the past. And its a double edged sword. It will really calm you down and might help you recover but you have to be careful not to everdo while on it and really take it as an opportunity to calm you mind and rest your brain. Some people and doctor swear by it , it has a low toxicity (not many side effect compare to antidepressant and other drug, easily metabolize etc) but it is also really addictive be ready to stay on it for a long time and dont play with dosage too much. I think If it was only for me I would not touch this drug again and instead use a programm like gupta (meditation, inner work nlp etc) to get myself out the hole. But ultimately it is going to be your choice.

I also came across this link of a doctor who treat cfs with antidepressant and seems to have a good success rate. And really like his explanation.
Alot of people are having success with them. But I think when using those med you have to use a small dosage and It is extremely important not to crash like it is mentioned in the following link.

I really disagree with the "all drug is evil statement"

I have read people who recovered cfs only with klonopin. Other with supplement , other with diet. Other with mix of different approach.
Klonopin really messed me up but A big part of it was that I was always overdoing and using the pill to do more more more.

I think the real deal for me is too calm the nervous system. I think problem we are experimenting steam from way too much stress and a cook nervous system that need some resting ASAP.
