klonipin is a benzodiazapine which are highly addictive and like a ticking time bomb...look at benzo.org.uk if you want to educate yourself on it. these drugs are band aids and you have to eventually pay the piper....it is happening to my BF currently and the effects are devistating. this is just my opinion but of course you did ask for opinions so you got mine;)....our bodies are meant to heal if given the right tools...drugs are not tools but poisons, literally. and anyone who thinks they will get better with low dose SSRI like i've seen touted here by a couple people is sadly mistaken. once they go off the meds the symptoms come back only 10 fold...i lived this so i know....best wishes
