hey i can really relate to you. i thnk the anxiety and shaky hands cn be a thyroid problem. i hve hyperthyroidsm and the anxiety, trembly hands i used to suffer is alleviating coz i take medications for thyroid.i also suffer from what you stated above the candida might be the culprit. and no please dnt take alcohol
