Yeah I've tried the diet for ages, trying to eat foods that are only on the allowed list and really trying to limit sugar. I've taken antifungals and probiotics. It's worked well before but lately I just feel like it's not working well enough, I find it so hard to find anything good to eat that doesn't have any sugar, I think I eat too much, I haven't really paid attention to carbs. I haven't been on the diet for the last few days, I'm just eating food with little amount of Sugar and taking probiotics.
