Actually, it's $11,000 for a Douglas Graham's month retreat and $13,749 if you want to include the walking "tour of death." Gratuities used to be a suggested $100, but now they're included in the price. (I'm not kidding)

Costa Rica is a pretty nice place and the meal plan is a great deal!
