Exactly that low fat shit dont work at all where Anthony?? dude digestion probably got so weak he hella sick now, now we have this nutty advice on salt/potassium ratio etc, i swear i believe its people intentionally trying to make people sick to keep them buying vitamins etc, you seen those 80-10-10 people they look like survivors from a concentrated camp ,and im sure candida and their body wont be able to live on a weak diet like that, but as soon they eat one fatty food, their candida will come back raging.. the body need the three macros fat, protein, carbs in balance..
