Now that I'm on a low fat diet, I've increased my fruit intake from about 2-3 pieces a day, to about 10-15 pieces a day and starting to feel a LOT better! More energy and mental clarity. I feel I was so glucose-starved on the low carb diet.

Fruit is your friend.
