2. Eat the potatoes and veggie soups. Could flare up candida a little, but avoidance of protein and animal fats for several days should bring it down. Olive oil is ok..one tbl per day. Veggies are the easiest thing to digest and they are a hurtle you need to jump. The idea that salmon and eggs is protecting you from any symptoms is debatable..because carbs are a necessary part of human function.
Turmeric is also good for bile production. Dont eat Sugar which is in fruits, or animal fats. A lot of bland food and time, excercize. You cant undo years of incorrect dieting overnight so be patient. edited by moderator
