Candida diets by default are high fat. They have to be otherwise you would be in significant calorie deficit.

It is not possible to do low carb and low fat. You'd be unable to make up the calories from protein and likely die very quickly. Try creating a 2500 calorie low carb meal plan that doesn't include much fat. Let me know if you can....

If the mevy diet elimates grains, fruit, starches and is not high fat, where do the calories come from? With lean meats, eggs and non starcy veg only you'd do well to push past 1000 a day.
