Tough one to figure out from symptoms alone because our thyroid, adrenals, digestion, immune system, and liver are all so interconnected. I might really try to hone in with some testing before adopting a diet that may be beneficial but is against the conventional wisdom for the rest of these issues.

Really hard for us to isolate problems on symptoms alone. Good luck! if you find a good cheap test please post about it!
