My dear sister. Did it occur to you that your partner recognized that he had an STD long before you ever had any symptoms yourself and had already been tested and treated for it.

And then, when you confronted him with it he was confident because he already knew he could be tested and come out clean after the test?!

Breaking up with you would then be very easy because you looked like the dirty dog!
