Thanks for the pineapple tip, I'll pick some up tomorrow...although my stomach does seem to have settled somewhat. I'll look into Reiki too. It's nice to know there is someone going through the flush experience at the same time. Are you planning on doing your second one after two weeks?

I'd pretty much made up my mind to do a proper parasite cleanse as soon as I saw all of the flukes from the first flush. Had looked into it previously, but realise now it was a half-assed attempt. Also (not to be too gross, but...) I'm still seeing 'objects' but don't think I'm getting rid of them quick enough as I'm only going once a day. I've ordered Parastroy, which should hopefully arrive this week. Not sure if I should hold off on the second flush until after I've finished the course, or whether I can go ahead during? I'll wait and see how I get on. Whichever, I'm now fully prepared to be in this for the long haul and am looking forward to seeing results!
