Feeling a bit confused today though as I'm all over the place emotionally, very tearful and just can't settle at all. I guess the flush has stirred up a lot of stuff. My stomach is also feeling very delicate and not liking anything I put in it (veg soup, plain omelette).

I'm wondering if it just takes a while for things to settle? I know others have talked about feeling wonderful the week after, but perhaps this doesn't come until later flushes.

I may try another salt enema, just to see if I'm still blocked. If stones are still in the colon I suppose this could be why I'm feeling a bit rough.

I will keep reminding myself that I'm still at the beginning of this journey! Tweet
