I did it....thrilled with the results!

Thanks for the advice both of you, I decided to go for it yesterday. Finished eating at 3, so pushed everything forward an hour, but I have to say it all went very smoothly. I didn't have a problem with either of the concoctions, although I mixed the ES with fresh apple juice to help it go down easier. I didn't get much nausea from the oil, but did have some cramping pains for the first hour; after that I was able to go to sleep quite easily.
I woke about 5.30, shortly after which I had my first trip to the bathroom. This first elimination yielded such a variety, I was surprised as had told myself not to expect much from my first flush. There were a handful of pea sized pale green stones and a lot of darker, smaller ones. But it was the other stuff which I wasn't expecting....loads of 'tomato skin' flukes, a bunch of stringy mucous (I'm guessing) and lots of small white objects which looked like grains of rice (parasites/eggs?).
Each subsequent trip has been similar, although much less after the first one. I think a fair amount of bile/chaff too judging by the smell. I took photos and will see if I can figure out how to upload one from my phone.
I'm trying to make up my mind whether to do the enemas now (water, then coffee) or to wait until tomorrow...what do you think?

All in all I'm very glad I decided to take the plunge. It feels like an excellent first step and I look forward to the next one in a couple weeks!
