Did you go ahead and do it? It's a long process so I vote that you just get started and don't expect miracles. It's another part of the journey you're already on to improve your health. You will likely need to flush many times. At least that's my experience. I've improved a lot over 15 flushes, and still going.
I'm scared to think about what you ate over the weekend as I've spent much of my life in the UK and it has possibly the unhealthiest food in the world ;-)
