I decided to go ahead with the enema about 7pm as I felt the beginnings of a headache and wondered if it would help. Very glad I did as it released a LOT more stuff... like a yellowy/beige sludge with bits of the above mixed in. The headache disappeared almost immediately and now I feel pretty good.

Will be interesting to see how the next few days shape up!
