Re: About to perform first liver flush. My story and reaching out for much needed advice/insights
lol, yeah.. I can't even have salads anymore.. They make me bloat.
(though I may try it again... Maybe... Same feeling of not wanting to try something, though in this case it's not 'new')
It's been since 2007 that I really started studying, though previously I thought I was health concious.. Drinking soy milk, almond milk or rice milk.. Trying different green supplements.. Ect.. But i didn't realize how bad eating out was, microwaves & caffeine in the form of black tea & chocolate.. Not to mention sugar.. That changed fast in 2007.
I hear you with the constipation/enough fiber deal. That's been hugely frustrating for me.. I believe it's the actual peristalsis that's being inhibited.
I can't really reccomend anything for that, I'm still working on that and haven't yet figured it out.
I have a horrible time swallowing pills.. And Ox bile you have to swallow in a pill.. (if you drink it in water, you'll get alkaline burns in your esophagus.) I have no experience using it. So I'm unsure of how well it worker if it helps.
One thing I have noticed that helps (which is pretty much the only thing I've actually noticed helping, besides coffee enemas) is glytamines, my doctor I mentioned sells them ALOT cheaper then anyone else.
As far as weight loss.. I don't know.. I had lost alot of weight when I was really sick. (got down to 86 pounds.. And I am 5' 2'') I have now gained alot of healthy weight and it feels great. (100
pounds now, give or take a pound or 2) how I did that, I'm not sure.. Raw dairy products? kefir, butter, cream, chevre.. The kefir & chevre being from a goat we got & we milk.
