Yeah, I bought Dr. Clark's book and read about the zapping so I was wondering how it actually is. I will explore that possibility after i see how the LF's work out.

I'm actually getting nervous as the time for the flush comes closer. I guess there's the anticipation of the unknown. I can deal with unsuccessful flushes and will keep trying afterwards, but I think the most concerning thing for me is the possibility of something going wrong or feeling worse after. I know most people feel fine after, but reading about some people who feel worse does make me a bit worried. I'm still going ahead with it, but just nervous i guess.
