Re: About to perform first liver flush. My story and reaching out for much needed advice/insights

Thanks for the response! Yeah. I have adrenal issues as well. My naturopath had me do a saliva test and my cortisol, serotonin, GABA, epinephrine, and dopamine are all out of wack. My serotonin is like 30% of normal levels. I was on supplements like taurine, 5htp, l-theanine, l-tyrosine, vitamins b and c, and a few others.

They helped initially, but i started feeling worse and worse as i continued taking them. I felt a little better after i stopped taking them and I came to the conclusion that my liver can't properly process them. The same happens when i take other supplements such as Vitamin D. I decided to stop taking everything until i at least got a few flushes down so my liver can process them again. It's all just a theory though, so your thoughts are appreciated.

Yeah. The morning thing really sucks especially with my inability to use the computer or read anything. I literally can't even look at a computer screen for 2 minutes.

I actually completed my first Liver Flush but it was a failure... Here's the link to my post about it. Your thoughts about the flush would be appreciated as well.
