Re: About to perform first liver flush. My story and reaching out for much needed advice/insights

Thanks for the response! I have considered a heavy metal detox but I was thinking of starting that after a few Liver Flushes because I was reading that a congested liver would be unable to handle the detox. I wanted to do a few Liver Flushes to see how it goes first.

I've never had mercury fillings although I definitely consumed a lot of soda, sugar, hfcs, and tons of processed food throughout my life. There is only one other thing I can think of. I know it's really stupid and quite embarrassing for me to say it now, but me and my friends used to roll aluminum foil into pipes so that we could smoke marijuana out of it. I remember the distinct metallic taste and smell from the burning aluminum. Very stupid i know and something I'm definitely not proud of...
