Re: Lentils ?

Eating like the poor. Good aspirations buddy

I thought ridiculing others was your forte

Can't take the heat , get out the kitchen

You think candida is going to cause more issues than a shortage of protein? calcium deficiency? candida is always going to be there, it's about managing it and getting your gut balanced

you are only looking at it a certain way to feel better about the long term effects of what you're doing. Someone can easily flip it and see it another way...that you are setting yourself up for serious conditions down the road by not having a balanced diet

You keep saying TOO much protein.. You got this thing about your mentality that's very extreme one way or another and that's dangerous... no one said anything about too much protein except you... I see trauma in the way you speak... Like when someone has a huge fall out in a relationship and says "never again!"

there's no middle ground and that's the most dangerous part if you keep it up longterm

I ain't a meat pusher, but think about protein....you seriously think its just for body building? You better start combining the incomplete proteins to make them complete or else you're in it for a hellride.

"Basically proteins are made up of long chains of amino acids. There are 22 different types of amino acid and the body needs all of them to function properly.

Amino acids are chemical compounds containing carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen, which combine together into different structures to form the various types of protein that the body requires.

Protein is required by the body for the growth, maintenance and repair of all cells.

Protein is a major component of all muscles, tissues and organs and is vital for practically every process that occurs within the body such as metabolism, digestion and the transportation of nutrients and oxygen in the blood.

It is also necessary for the production of antibodies, which fight against infection and illness, and is the main nutrient that keeps our hair shiny and healthy, our nails strong, our skin fresh and glowing and our bones strong and healthy. "
