i'm not concerned about that, i just mentioned that i am skinny with the distended stomach because its a clear indication something is wrong.
i avoid gluten and am aware of the oats issue but love oatmeal. i also have steel cut oats which i think are gluten free but i buy them in bulk. bob's red mill has gluten free oats but they are all processed on shared equipment with nuts & soy. would eating a bowl of oatmeal every day really be the difference between getting rid of everything or not? doubt it, and i wouldnt get the nutrition from them namely fiber.
dont see whats wrong with carrots.....not like i gorge on them. i only eat a mango every once in a while.
yes i have done strict diets before, eliminating all of you mentioned. i dont have white coating on my tongue. my diet should provide a good amount of fiber with the foods i eat.....i wouldnt be able to tell you an exact number but its definitely at least 30g.
