i understand and agree......i'm just trying to make sure i dont exacerbate the problem. i still eat grains and fruits which are forbidden in many candida diets. the problem is i dont really know what is doing ME harm because i cant tell if something is helping or hurting.....my health remains the same no matter what i try. i'm more interested in hearing opinions and wondering why some say legumes are bad.
this isnt "early on" either.....i've been dealing with my myriad of health problems for 6+ years and have tried everything. candida is just an offshoot of the main problem. being on CZ for a few years i'm well aware of the quacks here.
