Reason why I ask is because it seems you aren't reaching your protein requirements from what you describe. You are a grown man right? Complete Protein, 22 amino acids... is it safe to go this long with such little protein? That's up for you to decide I guess
I take it you're off the dairy?
Lack of Calcium, Protein, Iron, b12 and more may become a problem for you especially if you are leaning more on the vegetarian diet when your food list is already restrictive
If you don't already, it might be wise to get a blood checkup every 6 months just to keep an eye on things
