Ok, I can handle drinking distilled water with something added to it. That is much more acceptable to me.
Herbal teas are good, but not very efficient or even satisfying, if that's all you're drinking all day. Nothing like plain water quenches my thirst sometimes.
I know some people add a little celtic or real salt, which sounds like a good solution when I'm in the mood for plain water. But doesn't that add back inorganic minerals into your body?
On another note what do people think about Trinity Springs water? It's protected and supposed to be one of the cleanest sources of natural water on earth.
