Re: Mirena IUD side effects and law suit

I would just like to let any one who has alrady posted a blog for any one reading this. in 2006 after I had 2nd child I wanted my tubs tied my midwife said that she did not want to. that she rec-mend that I get the IUD. I told her to let me think about it I asked what the side affects were she said there is none other than a crap the first day and some spotting for the first few days. I went in about a week latter and had the IUD placed and with in the next 2 days I was back in the office begging her to take it out she told me no I would have to wate a few months. I was having all kinds of new problems like i was getting very depressed losing wight and I did not have none to lose. very tried and bleeding to the point that i was useing 7 or 8 pads a day. this went on for 7 mounths bleeding that bad every day. befor the iud maybe 3 or 4 pad a day for may be 3 days. so i went back told her has had to take this thing out now. once again she said no. so i told her what was going on. THIS MIDWIFE HAD THE GUTTS TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS NOT THE IUD. CAUSING MY PROBLEM IT WAS MY HUSBAND CAUSE HE WAS WORKING ALL THE TIME IT WAS HIS FALT. well he worked like that since we got married 4 years befor this iud and it never bothered me befor. and it was not like he worked 24/7 he worked 5 day a week 10 hr shifts. home every weekend and nights. well im still getting worse an call to get new app but when they find my name out they would not see me said i had ran up a bill of 700.00 that would have to be paid in full befor i could be seen. but at the time i was on Medicaid for mom to be. this inc also carried over a few months i believe. I never got to see this midwife again even after trying to make payments. moving ford after i went back to my reg monthly. i was having horrible headaches. cramps. back pain. every where pain. lumps that i could see and feel on my belly lumps in my breast that licked pussy stuff that smelled bad an my list goes on. this went on for years. then in 09 i find another dr who see me the every day i call. we talked about takeing it out my husband and i agreed with the dr that takeing the iud out would be best this dr wanted to remove it the same day. only i wanted to wate and see if i could get approved to have my tubs tied when the iud came out. the next week i got my monthly and was in so much pain my husband call he took me back the new dr midwife removed it and it hurt so bad when she took it out. hopping my problems would be over. no its 2011 and i still have the side affects some come an go. but they are always there. and mind you I WAS COMPLETELY HEALTHY BE FOR THE IUD. i do not be leave that i will ever over come that iud. i have friends who has also had the iud and nothing happend to them. so i thought i was the only one ontill i readed this blog page. an as far as a law suit i am with any one who wants to see this cpm.... pay. but no one can go at them alone its going to take all us women together to win. please blog back together we are stronger than this com.... with there high dollar lawyers. we can get one too. we can take it to the news we can make this known to every one. we can help other women. be for they make the mistake we did.
