I had mine in for 1 year (and a few months). I had went from 190lbs to 224lbs; before that I'd weighed 190 for a few years; 175 all through high school; 150 in 8th grade and 125 in 7th grade (and if I could go back and not listen to the girls who'd called me fat in 7th grade I probably wouldn't have given up and just started eating. Bitches. <--- still bitter, but they got older and uglier... haa haa; right.. point... on it.)

I took my IUD out May 19th; its now the 29th and I've had some SERIOUS mood drops. Severe depression, strong suicidal thoughts... and I don't know what to do about them. A lawsuit would be good, and would perhaps encourage somebody to do testing. You need to find a lawyer who is interested in money, and interested in tackeling a big company... and media attention, and you won't need to pay anything. The attention of the trial ought to be enough.
