I appreciate that info, but I really would like more concise info. The only way I can be sure I get a well-rounded diet is to calculate it based on percentages of macronutrients. I tried this diet before and I lost a bunch of wt because I didn't plan it correctly. Therefore, I need to be sure that I plan it well b/c I cannot afford to lose wt.
So, if u have a good ballpark for the macronutrients, that would be helpful.
Also, many sites say that some brown rice/non-glutenous whole grains are ok. Why is there such a discrepancy?
