Sorry I was confused
Every once in a great while I have to cut waaaay back on carbs in order to clear my GI tract of bad bacteria, and that's what I'm having to do right now. All the cayenne and garlic I could eat wouldn't do it until I quit the carbs for a short while. I did NOT react well to drinks of water with ACV, raw honey, cayenne, and Acerola mixed in. It looked good on paper but it did NOT agree with me. I've had to look long and hard at this combo in order to move ahead and be well again. I REALLY believe ACV is at fault, not the honey. Maybe ACV by itself would have been OK, but mixed with honey and a high fruit diet, no, I don't think so. Sweet
Sugar water kefir also may have added to the problem I had. I'm sorry if this doesn't jibe with the majority of people. I had to determine which of these seemingly innocent substances were the culprit, and I think I know which ones..
Sorry if I was grumpy or confused. It will pass in a few days. I need to let the "fire" go out that ACV / honey created. I think I could have been fine on honey and cayenne, but ACV adds something that I did better without.
