Re: Garlic...Re: Thanks, glad to see your replies - PS
Do I think you did a dumb-ass thing? LOL...Heavens NO!
Do I think that you've had a LOT of wounds in your lifetime and know how to take care of them in a way that works for your own body? Yes!
Do I think paper towels are a good idea for a wound bandage? Well, of course I'd never officially recommend anything like that. But I'm the queen of 'make do' and I can see myself doing something like that to me (especially if I didn't have any way to get to the store to get the gauze, or felt like it was working alright).
Do I think that you've ever been smashed by a car before (and have any idea how that kind of stress can seriously weaken your immune system)? Probably not.
And so, because you probably didn't realize just how badly your body was stressed (which meant how low/weak your immune system was), you just 'bandaged yourself' like you normally would have in the past. And, when you get the test results back, you might find the infection is something you picked up in the horrorspital.
I wish (for your sake) you would have had the Echinacea 'at the ready' and that you would have packed the wound with a Slippery Elm/Cayenne 'paste' (or kept some
Antibiotic cream on it)...and then this likely wouldn't have happened.
But NObody knows something until they learn it the first time, right? (right!) So you can't be a dumb-ass for not knowing things you haven't learned yet!
Don't we ALL wish we would have learned about Natural Healing from our parents, grandparent & doctors so we'd know exactly what to do when accidents & emergencies happen? YES!!!!
Blessings,
Uny
