Re: Dry fasting followed by water fast.

Same with me today. I'm tired and sluggish. Additionally I'm with my young daughter at a b-day party and there's food and the smell of food everywhere. The temptation to eat is strong.

I've been drinking a little water throughout the day as thirst dictates. My experience from previous fasts is to go to bed early so the body can push through the remainder of the day.
