Hi afflicted,

I strongly believe in a power of a Water Fast because it gives the body rest that allows to heal and rejuvenate. I am interested in a dry fast that I consider a modified water fast.
I have noticed that you have already possessed some knowledge about it. Could you kindly send me any links from which you gained your knowledge about a dry fast? I know Russian language so it might be in Russian also.
