Glad to see I'm not the only one currently doing a dry fast. How long are you planning to do yours? The afterward are you ending or continuing with water only? If so, for how long?
I wish I could say I had a healthy pre-fast diet, but can't. For me, coming off the holidays, my pre-fast diet consisted of rich foods along with tons of water (that's all I drink, no juices/coffee/alcohol/sodas) along with a portion of healthy raw fruit/veggies, but not on a consistent basis; mostly mixed in at random and rarely.
I'm excited to see what happens day 4 and 5 of my dry fast before I switch to water. I hear these two days reveal interesting stuff. I'll keep you posted.
