Re: Dry fasting (sorry in advance)
Hi afflicted,
Thank you very much for all your info. Unfortunately, I have already known all the links you have kindly sent, except one. As soon as I have time, I will study it thoroughly. I have been fighting with the chronic disease that invaded my body 23 years ago. I am a tough, persistent and self-motivated fighter who is really determined to be healthy again.
I have already had some success but I want my full health back. I believe I will win because the dry fast is the most effective weapon I have applied to eradicate my affliction. I am confident that a dry fast is my key to wellness.
I believe that a dry fast is a modified water fast. I am a strong enthusiast of a water fast. The dry fast, similarly to the pure water fast, allowed my body to reach for its natural healing power, to rejuvenate. Additionally, because a dry fast metabolizes less muscles and requires a period of time that is much shorter, it also causes less fatigue. Without my stamina on water fast, I could hardly function. I am, though, able to endure 11-day-long dry fast without loosing much energy.
I trust that the fast is the best tool to heal the body. I am going to write more about my journey for health as soon as I win my own private battle. I will share my experience with all the fasters to encourage and support. Right now I must concentrate only on myself and stop posting that I find extremely disruptive when I fast.
Love,
Anne
