Re: Dry fasting (sorry in advance)

Hi appleannie,

I would like to underline the fact that a dry fast is some kind of a radical form of a water fasting; That is why it should never be considered by an inexperienced faster. I trust that any extreme in life is not healthful because it puts a person away from the balance. We should strive for as much balance in our life as we can achieve. A Water Fast is the best choice for everybody.

My case is the extreme case. I have been sick for more than 23 years that is why, when a Water Fast was not good enough for me (or rather I was not patient enough) I reached for more radical version of a water fast.

Love,
Anne
