Drinking a quart of water every 5 days? That's an interesting idea - you might have a point there. I'll have to give it some thought and will decide by Saturday morning (day 6 and end of my dry but beginning of my water fast), depending on how I feel and if there are any dehydration concerns. If all is well I will consider hydrating Saturday and Sunday (water only), then continue next Mon-Fri dry only, again.
This will be an interesting experiment.
PS: from all I've read so far on dry fasting (which isn't a lot in contrast to water only info)I've never come across anyone dry fasting 30 days, yet - that is.
