I do not think that you can go wrong with any number of approaches... some perhaps being better than others for some folks.
Unyquity walking you through hers, which is strongly rooted in some very strong, and successful methods, is one of the best IMO.

You may become more sensitive to the foods you should be avoiding so pay attention to your body, mind, soul, and your meals. A food, and herbal journal is still a great idea for this reason.
